After re-watching the Lucretia's arc of story it looks like Lucretia has became more sane and she want revenge from Ilithyia. Now her hate-rate of Ilithyia is more then any other person. She shows nothing to Ilithyia directly but her steps always proves this. Even shown by killing Ilithyia's child with a suicide.
