I barely remember seeing this movie, it has such weird things happening, but it was sometime in the 90s. There was a gorgeous blonde, thought it was Kim Basinger, but apparently not, according to IMDB. I don't remember much about the plot, but I vaguely recall something about a missing sister, she's in from the country to the big crazy city to find her. The blonde ends up at a hotel, something, where the sister worked. I remember strippers, creepy business men, death of one of the strippers, and the hotel boss, a eunuch, who at some point drops his pants to show this. The weirdest things I do remember: the eunuch would stab a needle in the base of someone's neck/spine and take fluid and then inject himself. The other weird thing: the blond was drugged and dressed as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, slutty version of course, and was basically filmed doing a soft corn porn.
