meaning - What does " Book within 2 weeks" means?

To "book within two weeks" likely means to make reservations (for a flight; a cruise; a trip by train, bus, or other conveyance) within the course of a fortnight (or 14 days). In other words, there is a cut-off date by which you must make your reservation. As we say in America, "You snooze; you lose!"

Unlike today, with everything being recorded electronically via computers, there was a time when "booking" a trip meant literally getting your name and vital information into a book of reservations--though you can still confirm a reservation by printing out a hard copy based on the electronic copy. [Question: where is the original? Think about it!]
